[Q] BT GPS Device and Mock Locations workaround

Would it be possible, either through an app, Xposed Module, or some other way, to use a BT GPS Device without enabling Mock Locations? Or hide Mock Locations from apps? (less desirable workaround) I'm trying to use one (Qstarz 818XT, specifically) to have better GPS data for navigation.

I drive for Uber and Lyft and having accurate navigation is a necessity, but neither app will allow you to go online with Mock Locations enabled.

I'd be willing to donate/pay ~$30 for such a module/app/workaround.

I'm currently on a rooted, 4.4.4 Nexus 5, running a stock ROM with the Xposed Framework.

If you need any more details (or a guinea pig!) please let me know, I'd be more than willing.

EDIT: Just found Xposed Module (looked through the Xposed Framework app, but didn't check the forums, d'oh).

If someone could still find a way to use it without enabling mock locations I'd still be willing to pay.
